Masa harina for tortillas, tamales and more
- Maseca: 4 lb (1.8 kg) bags in cases of 10, or 20 kg sacks for kitchens pressing their own tortillas.
- Maseca Tamal: coarser grind for tamales, 4 lb bags in cases of 10.
- Maseca Special: 50 lb sacks.
- Harina Minsa: 1 kg bags in cases of 10.
Arepa flour and specialty flours
- Precooked white cornmeal and yellow arepa flour in 18.2 kg (40 lb) sacks.
- MD cassava flour (Yucarina), plantain flour and sour starch (almidón agrio) for Colombian breads like pandebono.
- Diana "Costa del Sol" rice flour.
- Maizena corn starch and Maizena atole mixes (chocolate, strawberry and vanilla).
Sack or bag?
Kitchens making tortillas, gorditas, pupusas or arepas from scratch usually save by buying 20 kg or 40 lb sacks. Stores do better with 1 kg and 4 lb bags that customers can carry home.
Ordering and delivery
There is no minimum order, so you can add flour to a regular delivery or try a few cases first. Pricing depends on your type of business, so ask us for the current price list and our latest catalog.
